Cultural Center - a place for meeting, painting, music, cultural tools that combine debate and dialogue such as literature, visual arts, cinema and theater and other activities that expand communication beyond the literal use of the message, applying a set of activities that are part of our long-term project to revive the city as a public space. With the idea of enjoying the city as a way of approaching urban problems, this conceptualization process can be more easily accomplished when people who are working together on issues enjoy creating new interactive human spaces.

We consider that improving the communication of social projects has to do with the need to break down social isolation and fragmentation, and is thus a proposal of social pedagogy.
Collective development is not understood, spoken of or managed in all the sectors, but in all the sectors we are part of the same. And if the idea is to look for social cohesion, the only way to start is by sharing, or at least by knowing and understanding, the interests of each of the countries.
It is important to stress that at this time urban culture is largely articulated audiovisually, and one of its strongest strategies is the use of the projected image as a representation of what is real.
